BRYANNA (Office Manager)

As our office manager, I am the patient’s first point-of-contact. I set appointments, make sure we have everything ready prior to the patient’s arrival, and greet and check them in. I also get insurance breakdowns and out-of-pocket costs, accept payments, review all paperwork, and answer questions about treatment and financials. I’ve been a Certified Dental Assistant since 2017 and bring that knowledge and experience to help patients.

I enjoy helping people understand the treatment process and how their insurance works. Being able to answer questions can alleviate a person’s worries. I also appreciate seeing how people’s perspectives of the root canal procedure changes once care is complete. Ours is a close-knit practice and we care for our patients like family!

Much of my free time is spent with my son. We are avid animal lovers with 2 cats and a mini-Aussie, so there is never a dull moment in our house. We spend most of our time at the soccer fields, but when we aren’t there, we like going to the pool or my grandparent’s lake house to go boating.

GABY (Dental Assistant)

Among my responsibilities, I clean and prepare rooms, sterilize instruments, and seat patients for Dr. Jimenez. I also take X-rays and CBCT scans, talk with patients about what will happen during their visit, and assist the doctor in endodontic procedures. My most important responsibility is making sure each patient feels welcome, comfortable, and at ease during their appointment. I became a Certified Dental Assistant in 2020 and have worked with Dr. Jimenez since completing school.

I like meeting and helping patients. Many people worry about the thought of a root canal and I enjoy being part of a team that shows them how painless the procedure can be. Everyone here is amazing at what they do and we love hearing patients express what a great experience they’ve had in our office!

Away from work my life revolves around my young son. We enjoy taking family vacations to the beach and I like to online shop and eat, too.

KRISTY (Dental Assistant)

As a Dental Assistant I have many responsibilities, I clean and prepare rooms, sterilize
instruments, and seat patients and get them prepared for Dr. Jimenez to come into the
room. I also assist the doctor during the endodontic procedure, but my number one
priority is making every patient feel welcomed and comfortable during their appointment.
I became a Certified Dental Assistant in 2023 and have been working with Dr. Jimenez
since I graduated.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our 3 children. We
have a very busy schedule between sports and extracurricular activities, but outside of
that we love going on family vacations.
