Dr. Jimenez’s journey in dentistry began in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where she completed her schooling at Colegio Rosa Bell before pursuing her Pre-Dentistry program at the University of Puerto Rico. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine, where her passion for helping people lead healthier, happier lives took root. After graduation, she completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) and a second year in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at Columbia University School of Dental Medicine.
The Path to Endodontic Specialization
During her AEGD years, Dr. Jimenez served as dental clinical director at Phoenix House in Brooklyn, New York, gaining valuable experience in patient care and clinical management. She returned to Puerto Rico to establish a private practice and joined the faculty at the University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine, where she shared her knowledge with the next generation of dentists. However, her dream of becoming an endodontist led her back to New York, where she completed her rigorous endodontic training at Columbia University.

Dr. Jimenez is a member of the Georgia Dental Association and the American Association of Endodontists, and she is currently on track to become a Diplomate of the American Association of Endodontists. She also participates in the Spear Education Study Club in her community, demonstrating her commitment to collaborative learning and professional development.
